A Design Sprint is a 5-day process (Google Ventures, Jake Knapp) for answering critical product questions through design, prototyping, and user testing — without building anything. This workflow adapts that process for a team using Claude as a research and synthesis assistant.

Day-by-Day Workflow

Day 1: Understand

Prompts for: structured expert interviews, "How Might We" question generation from interview notes, long-term goal definition, Sprint Question selection.

Day 2: Diverge

Prompts for: Lightning Demo facilitation script, inspiration analysis, Crazy 8s concept generation (Claude generates 8 written concepts in 5 minutes), solution sketch structuring.

Day 3: Decide
