What Happens
Before the Session
After booking, you'll receive a 5-question briefing form: project context, goals, specific areas you want reviewed, and one thing you're most unsure about. Fill it in and share your Figma link.
The 60-Minute Session
Live video call (recorded for your reference). We review your design together — not a presentation, a conversation. Expect direct, specific feedback on:
- User experience flow and friction points
- Visual hierarchy and consistency
- Component and pattern choices
- Copy and microcopy quality
- One strategic recommendation for the product
After the Session
Within 48 hours, you'll receive a written feedback document (Notion) with:
- Priority issues (must fix before launch)
- Improvement suggestions (would improve quality)
- One longer-term recommendation
- 3–5 resources relevant to your specific challenge
7-Day Follow-Up
For 7 days after the session, you can send up to 3 async follow-up questions via email. Responses within 24 hours.
